The Dining Room Is Closing Temporarily...The Circle Lounge Will Remain Open Granite or Quartz Counter Tops? Stainless Steel Appliances – and what color Backsplash? If you’ve ever renovated your kitchen – you likely know how much work is involved. This summer, the team at Circle Bistro is managing a complete kitchen renovation of our own. This means Chef McKee will be offering a limited Bar Menu beginning July 1st with the Dining Room closing for Lunch and Dinner service. While the dining room may be closed – the Circle Lounge and Bar is still very much open! Please join Chef Ethan McKee (and Jane – whose smiling face you’ll still find behind the bar) for light meals and great drinks seven nights a week. And as always – Happy Hour is still in effect Monday – Friday from 5 to 7pm.
