A native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Chef Anthony Chittum has earned a reputation not only for his cooking, but also for his commitment to sourcing from a network of local farmers, watermen & food artisans. Chittum & his team draw inspiration from the cuisines of Greece, Sicily, Sardinia & Southern Italy, interpreting traditions & techniques through the use of the finest products of the Mid-Atlantic foodshed.Our tasting menu is offered nightly in our Dining Room. Guests can choose from either a 4-course tasting menu ($60 per person, additional $40 with beverage pairings), a 6-course tasting menu ($80 per person, additional $50 with beverage pairings), or the Chef's Tasting ($110 per person, additional $90 wine pairings) & are invited to customize their experience by selecting dishes from menu categories.
