8th & Union Kitchen is a Contemporary American Gastropub that It is located in Wilmington’s Little Italy neighborhood. The menu showcases some american favorites such as, Filet Mignon, Grilled Salmon, Fish & Chips and Crab Cakes. We also feature interesting dishes like, Pho (a Vietnamese noodle soup), Chicken Pad Thai and our own version of Pork Fried Rice. There's also a great selection of items to share including Pork Belly Sliders, Raw Oysters, Chili BBQ Wings and Steamed Dumplings.The beverage program offers traditional, house, and Tiki cocktails that are crafted by hand.
