Vallé has been in operation since August 15, 1981. Some of you may remember us as a pizza/sandwich shop for the first ten years of operation. In 1991, I decided to expand and add a larger variety of menu items as well as a full service bar, at your request. Vallé's name was originally derived from my grandfather Luigi Valleriano's name. We have changed from "Vallé Pizza & Pasta" to "Vallé Cucina Italiana" because you, the customer, said the original name didn't do us justice. You felt the quality of the food prepared was beyond "pizza and pasta" and that the new name would encompass more of what we prepare. We're not just pizza and pasta anymore.
