"Everyone needs a little PLC" is the motto of Sarah Hill, pastry chef and owner of Peace, Love & Cake Bakery on Nursery Road. Ms. Hill already had over ten years experience working in other bakeries when fortuitous circumstances brought her face to face with a ready-made bakery looking for a baker. She leapt at the opportunity and in March 2010, the doors of Peace, Love & Cake opened for the first time. It serves a huge variety of cheesecakes and cakes with and without fillings as well as an assortment of danishes.
