Spacious one-bedroom two-bathroom apartments feature complete at home comfort including fully equipped kitchens and separate living rooms on which to enjoy complimentary video movies. All apartments have large balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The resort offers two swimming pools including one indoor lap-pool with swim out to the outdoor pool. Other recreational facilities include a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis courts, shuffle board court, video game room, a program for children in the summer, and gas barbecue grills. Guests will find off-site activities more than plentiful with shopping, water parks, golfing, sports fishing, and restaurants all nearby. Please note that a USD 104.90 cleaning fee and 5 percent resort fee will be collected. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
