Waterfront Studio condominiums located in downtown Ft Walton Beach Florida. All condos have a view of the pool, marina, and Santa Rosa Sound. Boat slips available for rent. Within walking distance to dining and shopping, and a scenic two mile drive to our white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico, family entertainment, fishing, night life, and more restaurants. Pirates Bay Guest Chambers and Marina is not a hotel and does not operate with 24 hour front desk staffing. Office hours vary during seasonal times and we have an emergency number posted at all times on the office door. We are not pet friendly and because of the more narrow size of the doorway entrance to our guest bath, we are unable to comfortably accommodate our guests requiring the use of a wheelchair.
