Waterscape Condos beautiful U shaped buildings surround a dramatic split level courtyard that is setting for great family fun with two hot tubs, barbecue grills, trellis-covered tables, childrens playground and 490 feet of pristine beach. Each unit at Waterscape is angled to maximize the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. With its great location, varied amenities and fun water features, Waterscape is unrivaled on the Emerald Coast in setting the scene for family fun. Complimentary Beach Service is available during stays from March to October- includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is available in units. Please note that a USD 157.34 cleaning fee and 5 percent resort fee will be collected. Front desk is open 9am-5pm, Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm, Sunday. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
