It all began when Joe and Lance tried the ice cream from a little shop six years ago. Back then, they were involved in the movie theater business. The little shop they found was located near the theater and used liquid nitrogen to make ice cream. They were fascinated. Only the freshest ingredients were used. When the cream and ingredients were frozen with liquid nitrogen it yielded the creamiest iced cream we had ever tasted. With time, their fascination with this process grew, and they decided to begin a venture of their own. Today, they are the pioneers of Cold Fusion Iced Cream.
