Proprietor Marcelo Ferreiros grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina and from a young age was practically raised on the unique cuisine that the region has to offer. The unusual flavors and textures of this cuisine have remained his favorite and those he most enjoys preparing for others as well as himself. Partner and best friend Ricky Alietti grew up in Argentina as well, where his parents were restaurant owners. Ricardo Alietti has a Degree in International Business. Ricardo Alietti and Marcelo Ferreiros started in the restaurant business in 1999 with the opening of Baires Grill. Within a couple of years, due to the great success of the restaurant, they seemed to have a passion for the business and a desire to broaden his horizons. They moved on to a new location. Baires Grill Argentinean Steak House reopened his doors at a the Lincoln Road Mall in South Beach (Regal Cinema South Beach Stadium 18). The new site of over 2600 square feet features a main dining room, cozy bar and an outdoor sidewalk café.
