In 1994, two life-long best friends set out to create a law firm that would deliver excellent legal services to clients who wanted a life-long relationship with their lawyers. Nearly a decade later, the small, two-person firm that Miguel M. de la O and David Everett Marko founded has grown into a multi-disciplinary practice, comprised of highly-skilled attorneys who share a passion for the law. In 2006, the Firm changed its name to reflect the addition of two other long time friends: Joel S. Magolnick and Daniel L. Leyton. From the outset, the firm's primary focus has been litigation and business transactions.
