The law firm of Ryan & Dunn, P.A opened on October 1, 2004. Prior to that, Marcia T. Dunn, Esq., a Chapter 7 Trustee serving the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and D. Jean Ryan, Esq., have both practiced bankruptcy law for over twenty-five ( 25 ) years each. The firm is fortunate to employ several outstanding assistants that help manage and control an ever increasing case load. Currently, Maria Fernandez is the Supervisor of the Trustee Operations, and Tami Hodson is the Supervisor of Legal Operations. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always speak to either of these ladies for assistance. It is important to us that we provide competent, courteous, compassionate and timely service to our clients. However, the staff is not in a position to provide legal advice, nor can they provide our clients with incidental clerical services such as searching for creditor addresses, making copies of our client's personal documents, etc. Dealing with outstanding financial issues is always stressful.
