A Peruvian-Japanese Restaurant and Pisco Bar, the SuViche concept first came to life in 2010 in the heart of Brickell offering locals a simple menu of delicious healthy-light, while still affordable options. Since the opening of SuViche’s Brickell location; a preferred eating spot for the area’s professionals; SuViche has expanded to the heart of Miami Beach and now just opened its doors in the colorful up and coming neighborhood of Wynwood. This new Wynwood location features the first Pisco Bar in Miami. The Pisco bar offers over 15 types of “Macerados” (home-made pisco infused fresh fruits, herbs and spices).
