With a passion for baking and a labor of love Sweetness Bake Shop came to be, it is the creation of Yamile, Eli, Stephanie, Danny, & JC. Yamile bakes and decorates, and comes up with the recipes for Stephanie’s ideas, Stephanie has a Bachelors in Business Administration, and a masters in “Buttercream”, and flavor development, Danny is the “Willy Wonka” of the group, making confections and desserts, Eli thinks he’s a taste tester who drives the rest of us insane when he’s looking for something new to try, and then there is JC, who is in charge of our wholesale accounts.
