Signature dishes on Lemonía's new seasonal summer menu include a summer Georgia peach wedge salad accompanied by cambozola cheese, dried cherries and a lemon thyme vinaigrette; sweet corn chowder with a saffron creme fraiche; and pan seared scallops with sweet pea puree, carrots, bacon and a tomato citrus vinaigrette.

Lemonía also features decadent dessert favorites, including pumpkin crème brulee with a raspberry financier, and chocolate bread pudding served with bourbon ice cream. All desserts, breads, ice creams and pastries are handmade in-house by the skillful and passionate Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
