Empire makes small batches of specialty liquors by following traditional methods using citrus and honey. Ted and Henry Kasprow are following another generation of distillers still in Poland before they fled the communist regime to Canada. The current generation represented still use old world style craftmanship making flavored Vodka in single batches. It depends on tastings and word of mouth to spread its business.
