Founded in 2006, La Tropicana Del Sol is one of Main Street's finest destinations for Cuban dining. Formerly known as Juan's Black Bean Cafe, it is owned by local resident Roy Spears. It offers a wide variety of dishes including Cuban sandwiches, Picadillo and Ropa Vieja, as well as an extensive menu of wines and beers. The restaurant features a dance floor and provides live music several nights per week. Patrons can dine inside, on the back patio or on the front tables overlooking Main Street.
