Owner-operator of Mike's Sushi and Saki Bar is Mike Kimura who has over 40 years experience creating authentic, traditional Japanese cuisine. His experience shows in every delectible dish he prepares.

Mike's Sushi and Saki Bar offer cooked and uncooked sushi and sushi rolls made with tuna, mackeral, salmon, shrimp and more. The menu is vast and wonderfully varied offering sushi, sashimi, tempura and teriyaki made with seafood, beef, chicken or veggies. There are many appetizers, soups and salads to choose from.
