Tum Rub Thai has great service, fun decor and is very clean. The ambience was surprisingly pleasant and attractive, especially for a strip mall restaurant. The servers are very friendly and helpful regarding menu choices. The menu is fabulous. Some of the soups and salads offered are yum duck, papaya salad and tom kha gai. Appetizers include yummy fried wontons, chicken sa-te, spicy Thai fish cake. The main entrees include outstanding meals like Siam Lobster, which is a lobster tail, scallops and squid topped with chili sauce on top of mixed veggies, or, to spice up your life, try the Two Friends Panang, which is large shrimp and chicken sauteed with mixed veggies served with Thai Panang Curry Sauce. The Amazing Egg Plant is incredible! It is tempura-dipped eggplant with steamed veggies topped with peanut sauce.

Tum Rub Thai is a diamond in the rough, it is fabulous and not to be missed.
