On the 4th floor of the St. Pete Pier, the Columbia showcases authentic Spanish and Cuban dishes with vibrant flavors. The menu includes a variety of tapas, such as black bean cakes and lobster croquettes. There is also paella, filet mignon, fine wines and desserts. Dark wood furnishings give an Old World look to the decor, highlighted by colorful Spanish artwork and decor. Tables are draped in white linen, and the windows provide a bird's-eye view of the bay .
