Marina Samaniego, is the energy, passion and the creative mind behind El Patio Latino.Born in Peru, she emigrated to Spain in 1989 and created a catering company specializing in Peruvian and Latin American gastronomy, with support of her husband and sons.In 1992, Barcelona’s Olympic Games year, she decides to open "El Patio Latino - Barcelona", obtaining great success right from the start.With a familiar tradition of media people and pedagogues, Marina extends her activities towards the promotion and diffusion of Peruvian art and culture in Europe by "El Patio Latino - Promociones Culturales", that initially offers Latin American artistic shows with Spain-residents interpreters, and later organizes tours around many countries in Europe with famous Peruvian musicians and singers.
