Welcome to Zest! of Sarasota's Home Page. Zest is a full service catering company, capable of preparing wonderful menus for any event, as well as supplying top-notch staff, and handling all event rental needs. Click on "News" in the menu on the left to see what we're doing now. Zest! is Sarasota's original Green Caterer. We are a Sarasota County Green Business Partner. Our commitment to the environment goes back to the 1970s, when owner John Arico began recycling, composting and growing organically on his property in Vermont. Currently we recycle all possible waste, composte organic matter for our garden, source as much as we can locally, and do not use any products that are not from sustainable sources.
