Our family has been in the restaurant business since 1972. Our family moved to Florida in 2000 from New Jersey. Our parents owned a local restaurant and after many years they decided that they were going to do what they originally came here to do, is to semi-retire. This left my sister and I wondering if it was time for us to open our own business. We were raised and always worked at our family business, and this is the only thing we loved to do. Therefore, this was a great opportunity for us to start our own restaurant.
