Dario Bordoli has over 40 years professional experience in the restaurant business. Much of his inspiration from Trattoria Dario came from his Northern Italian roots, a scenic area rich in culinary tradition. Chef Anthony Damiano adds another 40 years of experience to the team, after having worked at Maxim in Paris, Le Cordon Bleu, and owned 11 restaurants of his own. Together, the two have created a fantastic restaurant where all are welcome, but especially those who cherish the finer things in life will feel at home. Of course this includes the amazing food and wine, but also extends to things like family, community, and hospitality. The core mission is simply making people happy and making them comfortable, and of course making them want to come back!
