Willy's Mexicana Grill, part of the Atlanta-based Tex-Mex restaurant chain, opened in the Colonial Promenade Beechwood shopping center in 2007. Founder Willy Bitter, who opened his first restaurant in 1995, believes in freshness, so each customer's food is made-to-order from quality ingredients at the counter. Willy's features California-syle burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, salads and sides. Meat lovers can choose from dishes made with chicken, steak and barbecue pork. Vegetarian selections include tofu and veggie dishes.  This location is spacious and two flat-screen TVs make it a perfect place to watch the game.  Other customer enticements include a salsa bar, beer, Willy's lemonade, freshly brewed ice tea and a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine offering 106 different drink options.
