Your Pie is an Athens-based franchise, and the Beechwood location, which opened in April 2008,  can boast of being the founding restaurant in this successful company. Drew French, a graduate of UGA, developed the concept of a deli-style pizza that is made to order. You choose: (1) your pick of  hand-tossed doughs and homemade sauces; (2) your pick of natural cheeses; (3) your pick of veggie toppings; and (4) your pick of premium toppings, which are available  at an additional cost. The pizzas cook in a brick oven for about 5 minutes or less. Specialty pizzas are also available, as well as brick oven paninis, calzones, salads and a selection of gelatos and sorbets. Beverage choices include soft drinks, beer and wine.  Your Pie is a comfortable place for family and friends to gather.
