Brought to you by Zach and Cristina Meloy, the couple behind the supper club PushStart Kitchen, BETTER HALF is a place where family is the inspiration and connecting over food is the focus. The ever-changing, seasonal menu reflects Zach's and Cristina's love for what they do, with the best ingredients from the South. Only one dish remains the same - the luxurious silk handkerchief pasta with wild mushrooms that Zach served to Cristina on their first date. In addition to an a la carte menu, BETTER HALF offers a chef's choice tasting menu ($65 per person) available at the chef's counter only. Zach can design a custom menu around any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, etc.).
