The buzz in town has David R. Lombardy going national with the Original Dave's Cosmic Subs. What Started in 1997 in a tiny shop decorated with rock and roll relics is now bursting out into the national scene in a big way. Since opening the original Dave's Cosmic Subs shop on March 5, 1997, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, David R. Lombardy, founder and president, has opened shops in Hudson and two more in downtown Cleveland. Lombardy spent ten years enjoying the local music scene in Mill Valley, the fashionable suburb outside San Francisco. An accomplished musician and fan of rock and roll for years he knew that combining affordable good food and the rock and roll theme would work.
