Located in the Cumberland Pointe shopping center, Doc Green's is known for its world famous salads and grilled entrees. You can order one of its well-known salads from the menu such as the Dr. Rosen Rosen and Dr. Beeks. However, if you choose, you can build your own salad from an array of fresh ingredients including eggs, bacon, cranraisins, feta cheese, and salmon. All salads are made to order. If you are not in the mood for salads, then Doc Green's offers hot entrées such as carved meats, vegetables and soups.
