By day, Flip Flops is a Margaritaville-themed brick oven pizza place; after dark, Flip Flops becomes one of Midtown's newest nightlife hot spots. The lunch and dinner menu is loaded with hearty specialty pizzas and toasted sandwiches, all cooked in a brick oven, as well as appetizers, salads and desserts.  The bar stocks a good variety of domestic and imported beers and cocktails, served in a tropical-themed party atmosphere.
