Sweet Cheats was created by Shirley Hughes along with her husband Robert Tubbs with the help of many friends and family. Shirley is a National Level Figure Competitor in the NPC. During her training and dieting for competitions over the past 3 years, she craved many different things. She diligently took notes on what she craved making sure she had those specific items when her strenuous dieting and competition was over. Many times, she could not get her hands on the specific flavors she craved so, she started to make little treats for herself. She then decided to infuse her "treats" into cupcakes not only for herself but for fellow teammates, the RocStarzz, as personal gifts.
