Clayton also took part in an externship at the Superior Court of Guam. There he worked under Judge Arthur Barcinas preparing a court order which was signed into law. Laura James, CPCU, ESQ Laura is a graduate of Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where she graduated in the top 10% of her law school class. Laura received the Atlanta Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Student Scholar Award.
