Cafe Zitto just opened in Cumming about five months ago. Owners Ariel Guzman and Demian Carter are having great success with Cafe Zitto's freshly brewed coffee. It has several unique systems for brewing coffee. The pour-over system gives you an individual cup of coffee made by crushing the beans of your choice and pouring hot water over them into your cup. The French-press system is similar but it gives you a stronger brew of coffee. This is the manual way of making each cup individual to your liking. Fresh coffee beans are available from Brazil, Panama and Africa. This coffee shop also serves breakfast bagels, frozen fruit bars, Italian ice, smoothies, lattes, cappuccino and frappes. It also offers free Wi-Fi.
