Classic Russian Deli was established in 2003. It is a manufacturer of specialty foods and importer of Russian and Eastern European packaged foods. Known for its sausages and smoked meats, the company also bakes breads and cakes. Among its other specialties are pierogies, pelmeni, vareniki and cheeses. Although the business is primarily a wholesaler, it does have a retail shop where you can purchase fresh deli meats direct from the manufacturer, along with other fine products and imported items. This is one of the very few places in Atlanta where you can purchase Russian chocolate.
