The Law Office of DAVID S. LEE, LLC was founded in 2001 with one goal in mind - to creat a one stop law firm where professional, courteous and excellent legal representation is provided. The principle force behind the firm is attorney David S. Lee. Since?its formation in 2001, the firm of DAVID S. LEE, LLC have developed a reputation as one of Metro Atlanta's and especially Gwinnett County's top criminal defense firm. With over 13 years of criminal trial experience, there isn't any case that is too big or small for us to handle. DAVID LEE has handled cases ranging from the most serious felony ( Murder ) to simple traffic offenses and everything in between. DAVID LEE joined the Fulton County Solicitor-General's Office in 1992 and prosecuted all misdemeanors committed within Fulton County as a Senior Assistant Solicitor-General. After several years at the Solicitor's Office, DAVID LEE moved on to the Fulton County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted Major felonies including: Murder, Armed Robbery, Rape, Kidnapping, and Aggravated Assaults to name a few. After four ( 4 ) years and some 3000 cases later, DAVID LEE left the Fulton District Attorney's Office and joined the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office. During his time at DeKalb County District Attorney's Office, DAVID LEE began to realize that some of the defendants that he prosecuted were really not getting the quality of representation that they were entitled to and deserved. After consulting colleagues, friends and family, DAVID LEE decided that his talents and dedication would be better served by forming a law firm. Since its inception, DAVID LEE has enjoyed numerous successes and victories which included: ? Not Guilty verdicts after Jury trials in several Major Felony Cases, reduction of charges from felony to misdemeanors and dismissals of serious felonies. In addition, DAVID LEE has represented several high profile individuals including Atlanta Falcon's starting Quarterback Michael Vick and handled high profile cases.
