Jeffery C. Talley has been practicing law since 1991. His practice has been established in the Gainesville, Georgia area although he travels throughout the State to handle criminal cases. The client was found not guilty after a jury trial that lasted several weeks. Another assignment involved a large-scale RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case wherein the client along with other alleged gang members were indicted for being involved in various illegal activities ranging from drug possession and distribution to various weapons charges and various aggravated assault charges against other individuals. In this case, Mr. Talley was successful in getting the charges against his client dismissed.
