The Singin' Bean musical coffee house has been at this location in downtown Lawrenceville since 2003. It offers comfortable seating and informal seating upstairs, with a small stage and several intimate dining areas. The menu features chicken salad and sliced pork sandwiches as well as classic BLT's and Caesar salads. It also offers a variety of coffees and teas, from Heath Bar Mocha to Japanese Sencha. Owner Cindy Pitts Gilbert provides kids' karaoke on Wednesday nights.
