Over the years, Rocco and his cook-off team have won many awards at chili cook-offs both here in Georgia and across the country. After winning the ICS Georgia State Chili Cook-off, Rocco decided to retire from competition and become the host of the event. Each year, the best chili cooks for hundreds of miles converge on Rocco’s Pub for what some have called Georgia’s Super Bowl of Chili. It’s a great time for the whole family, and all for a good cause: the net proceeds from the event are donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.You’re always welcome at Rocco’s Pub, but when you can’t be there, Rocco has made it possible for you to make your own Rocco’s Championship Chili right in your own home.
