THE WIENERZ STORY In 2003 a Chef met a Butcher, one from Switzerland and one from Germany, through the German/American Society in Atlanta. Enrico Gamma and the butcher have over 60 years combined experience in their fields. Enrico Gamma has lived in Atlanta for over 15 years and has been a successful entrepreneur with a reputation for having extremely high standards and always putting the customer first. The two men quickly recognized a mutual passion and appreciation for premium quality meats and foods. After years of research and product testing, the idea of the Wienerz Butcher Shop and Deli was born.
