The company's aromatic coffee and tea blends are grown in Rwanda, and a portion of each cup of coffee sold goes back to the community of diligent farmers in order to provide them with a decent living wage.  The coffee shop is decorated with rustic, original hardwood floors and panelling, ethnic wall masks and hand-woven Rwandan peace baskets. The creative menu includes items like Carmanilla Lattes, Razzle Dazzle Mochas, Samoan Espresso, sweet potato muffins and gluten-free options. Customers can enjoy live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
