Founded in New Jersey in April, 1964, Blimpie currently has more than 2,000 stores in 47 states. One of the many things that makes this sub and sandwich shop so unique is its operation out of various nontraditional locations, such as gas stations, hospitals and sports arenas. This particular Blimpie, founded in 2002, is located inside the Chevron gas station on Cooledge Rd., right next to the Highway 78 exit ramp. There is limited parking.
