Carriage House Inn is a quaint, two-suite bed and breakfast hidden away in Cedar Falls along the skirts of the Hartman Reserve. The Inn is surrounded by woods and a few other houses. The bed and breakfast is run by husband-and-wife team Dane and Jennifer Rasmussen. Dane is a locally known chef in the Cedar Valley area and prepares the guests' morning culinary experience.

The Carriage House Inn has Victorian decor filled with antiques. The spacious suites each have a skylight, a double occupancy whirlpool, a gas fireplace, a queen-sized bed, cable television, a refrigerator and a microwave.

Besides exploring the area for shopping and activities, the neighboring nature preserve offers extensive trails for walking, hiking, biking and cross-country skiing.
