Lane Lucas is the Firm's owner and head attorney. Her mission for Lucas Law, P.C is to help individuals and businesses navigate the complex legal system and to obtain clients' goals as quickly as possible. Lane's number one goal is to help you achieve the results that you want at an affordable rate. She graduated with a J.D. at the top of her class at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Her academic career involved serving on the Moot Court Society as a member of the American Bar Association's appellate advocacy team for two years. Because of her exceptional performance, she obtained the highest honor available for participation in a moot court program by receiving the Order of the Barrister award. Additionally, she was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and finished number one in her Trial Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing courses. Lane obtained trial experience early in her law school career. After her second year of law school, she interned with the Polk County Attorney's Office in Des Moines, Iowa. By her third day as an intern, she began conducting trials from start to finish under only general attorney supervision. Through this experience, she excelled in the courtroom and formed positive relationships with many of the district judges and county attorneys. Lane was born and raised in central Iowa. She attended Indianola Public Schools and graduated from Grand View College in Des Moines. Her major was Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law upper level courses. She knew that she wanted to practice law from the moment she enrolled in her first Business Law class her Sophomore year of college. Since that day, her goal was to open up her own practice and to serve the public's legal needs.
