Our barbecue sauce is 100% homemade. Making the sauce is a 5 day process. It takes 4 days to cook and then it takes 1 more day to add the final ingredients. Both mild and hot sauces are available. We try to make our hot sauce REALLY HOT for those who like it spicy. Our sauce has won best in the county 2 years in a row. All meats served at Battles BBQ are cooked in a large on-site smoker. The meats are cooked for several hours to produce an authentic smoked barbecue flavor. We serve smoked chicken, pork and beef. We are confident that Battle’s BBQ will be your new favorite BBQ restaurant.
