Here at Cactus Bob’s we do nothing but “competition-style” BBQ. We smoke our pork butts and beef briskets with 100% hickory wood, up to 30 hours, to give them a rich smoke taste and tender texture. Baby Back and St. Louis style ribs come out of the smoker with a beautiful rub crust and darn near fall of the bone.The all white meat smoked turkey breast and half chickens are so juicy you’re sure to ask how we do it.
