While visiting Italy, our company founders learned to savor the rich taste of espresso, as well as the Italian lifestyle. Vowing to bring the flavorful espresso experience back to the U.S., they launched Amici Espresso in September 2005. Recalling how friendships were formed over a cup of espresso in Italy, we believed Amici, the Italian word for “friends,” seemed the perfect name.
