Smashburger is a new chain of hamburger restaurants founded by restauratuer Tom Ryan, of HuHot Mongolian Grill. With an emphasis on high-quality ingredients, all of Smashburger's patties are 100% Angus beef. Along with burgers, the restaurant also serves "smashchicken" sandwiches, chili and salad as well as fries and other classic burger-joint sides. Smashburger uses Haagen-Dazs ice cream in its desserts and shakes.
