A spin off of DineAmic Group's River North favorite hot spot, Bar Siena will take a more casual approach to Siena Tavern's from-scratch Italian fare. Top Chef fan favorite and partner Fabio Viviani, will create and helm the culinary department along with Bar Siena’s Executive Chef Jeremy Tannehill.A smaller menu will rotate more frequently, paying homage to various regions of Italy. It will feature a more expansive Italian street food and pizza bar component, along with an array of interesting adaptations of Italian small plates known as cicchetti (chi-ket-tee), which are perfect for sharing. The menu will also include larger format selections for a more filling dining experience.
