The Brass Monkey is an artful fusion of refined brasserie dishes and ‘70s American comfort food, deliciously enhanced. Executive Chef Ryan Wombacher seamlessly pairs traditional brasserie dishes like Veggie Cassoulet, Steak Frites and Roasted Amish Chicken alongside lighter, fun fare. A special “Hits of the ‘70s” menu focuses on ‘70s-inspired comfort food items. Swedish Meatballs and Bologna Sliders are given a contemporary twist, while bringing to mind the feeling of being served from your aunt’s kitchen. Pork Chops & Apple Sauce, French Bread Pizzas and a TV Dinner are featured items. Cocktails are also ‘70s-inspired, including a classic Harvey Wallbanger, Singapore Swing and vodka “Tang”.
