There are sandwiches. And there are über sandwiches. This is the Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon sandwich. We start with freshly baked organic German bretzel bread. Then we add our tasty wild caught Alaskan smoked salmon that is not on the endangered species list. Ours comes from Harbor Banks®, a sustainable Marine Stewardship certified fishery. Then we add vine tomatoes (not sprayed with pesticides), organic onions, alfalfa sprouts, sliced cucumbers and our own dill creme fraiche.
